Configure your Teams Voice Mail This article will show you how to configure and record a voicemail message in teams. In Microsoft Teams, go to the 3 dots and then the settings menu On the left side navigation pane click "Calls" to access the settings for Teams Phone Calls, then scroll down and click "Record a Greeting". At this point, Teams will initiate a phone call and a lovely robot voice will walk you through setting up your voicemail greeting and recording. After you have record your greeting and hung up the phone, scroll down the calls menu again until you see "Choose what happens when the call is redirected to voicemail" and select "Let the caller record a message". This will allow the caller to record a voicemail message when you aren't available or decline a call and it will then transcribe that to you and send it to you in an email.
