Outlook on Mobile

This article will explain how to setup Microsoft Outlook on a mobile phone. The Microsoft Outlook app is the preferred application to use when accessing your email on a mobile device. It offers more functionality and reliability versus the native mail apps on Apple or Android.

Instructions

Before beginning - Install the Outlook app on your phone from your phone’s app store. The icon looks like this:

Open the Outlook app when it is finished downloading, then tap the “Get Started” button
You may see the following screen, if so, just tap “Skip” to continue.

In the next window, enter your work email address then tap “Continue”.

Enter your Office 365 Password (Same as your SharePoint Password) and tap “Sign in” to finish the setup.

If you have MFA already setup, you may get a prompt from Microsoft Authenticator to approve the login. If you have any problems please email the helpdesk or visit the portal.
